What is new?
- Atlas mobile basemap has replaced the older map version.
- This addition adds new layer editing functionality, ability to create custom thematic settings, personalize toolbar and quick access options, and interact with the new MyFolder cloud file sharing system.

What has been fixed?
FMS specific bugs:
- Numeric values can now be saved with a .0 decimal value for better data uniformity. #218
